•2 Medium Ripe Bananas (substitute with lady finger bananas for a little more natural sweetness)
•1 Tbs Coconut Oil (I used MCT oil for an extra brain boost)
•1/2 Cup Quick Oats
•1 1/2 scoop of Vanilla Protein Powder (I used Happy Way Vanilla Vegan Protein Powder)
▪︎Preheat oven to 160 degrees celsius.
▪︎Blend ingredients well and spoon on a lined tray.
▪︎Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden on top.
▪︎Voila! You now have a batch of 6 cookies for a mid-morning snack or afternoon energy pick-up.
